Purchased for a gift for my mom and dad, the surf and turf. First delivery arrived 3 days late and everything was warm to the touch completely ruined, second attempt arrived one day late with all the ice frozen and the food barely cool to touch. An absolute disappointment, buyer beware. NOT WORTH THE PRICE in the slightest. How do you screw up twice?
You have messed up my order 2 times in a row, and I cannot accept this. I will always question from this time forward what may be missing or incorrect. This very unsatisfactory experience will force me to go elsewhere. I don't know where, and your inability to fulfill my order 2 times in a row has caused this uncertainty.
