Edible food at high prices, typical for a zoo.
No more talking to employees. Everything is kiosk.
Food is quality of what you would expect in prison. They have a gluten free bun option for the burger they up charge for, but the burger still contains gluten. Asked for a paper food boat (little cardboard tray that they serve some food in) to put ketchup in for the fries. Was told they can NOT give any out, even though we spent around $40 on 3 entree with no drinks. They have what appears to be an experiment going on the the men’s bathroom sink. Tusker Grill is a shady spot to enjoy a meal, offering a GIANT elephant ear pretzel for sharing. The food is good, with sambusas being a recommended choice. However, the ordering system needs improvement as the lines can be long and inefficient, both at the self-ordering kiosk and the pick-up counter. Wheelchair accessibility is good with ample space to move around.
