One of the best meals I have ever had! The steaks are cooked to perfection, the delicious pasta is cut fresh in-house, and the desert is a perfect ending to a perfect meal. I would love to go back and try the tasting menu sometime. It is expensive, but worth every penny.Dietary restrictions: Before the meal starts, the staff makes sure to check with the table for any dietary restrictions.
Its been 12 years since I've lived in Chicago and I always miss the food scene there. I was so enthused and impressed the first time I ate at CB. Over two years later, I've lost count how many times I've eaten there. I can't think of anything that needs improving. The food is stellar and always evolving. The staff is always professional and fun. The ambiance is upscale without being stuffy or pretentious. I'm a huge fan of the tasting menu and almost always get that.

Incredible. On the level of New Orleans best restaurants. This is a must go to location. Visit the butcher shop downstairs, buy the best filets in the country, they will keep and refigerate upstairs then hand to you when leaving. Wonderful experience.
