“I ordered a this as a gift for someone at their workplace. I put in special instructions for delivery. Then app asked for their contact name & after I put it in, it wiped out my instructions. I called the store after I received the confirmation email & noticed it was missing. The person who answered, added my delivery instructions to the order. However, the delivery person didn't receive any instructions. They left it at the front & it was not delivered for another hour. Very disappointed.“
