Juicy Lou's Burgeria and Sports Bar

Not happy at all! We knew our waitress was flustered before she even waited on our table. So we joked around with her, etc. We ordered appetizer and specifically asked items be brought out before our food. It arrived with our dinner. Guess you can’t order dinner here before your appetizer so wait toOrder your food!!! We had no silverware or napkins when our dinner arrived. The guy, the owner I believe, we told we needed silverware and napkins. Instead he went over and stopped for a long while, toTalk to someone for like 5 minutes. In the meantime, we can only eat our hamburger and not our salad at all. Took salad home. What a disappointment. Will not go back.

With a name like Juicy Lou's... it should require a napkin to eat a burger not a chisel or a chainsaw. I am disappointed that anyone would let a burger patty that isn't chewable leave a kitchen much less 2 of them. I love burgers of all sorts but inedible is such a bummer. Was hoping for new "go to" burger joint.1 Star for nice employee, 1 Star for great Onion Rings & ranch, 1 Star for good Tots.

Our 1st time here with a party of 10. Our food and drinks were good. Did take awhile to get our food. When it came to paying, our waiter had messed up all of charges and kept our credit cards over 20 minutes. We all ahd to stay atleast 45 more minutes check getting it taken care. He then proceeds to tell us that 2 of us will see additional charges on our bill(ours was $110 extra) but he thinks he could them credited. While we will try this place again...was disappointing

Regardless of how horrible it is I am not like this. Our waitress was clueless and couldnt take an order to save her life. The drinks were poorly made on the week side. Our appetizers were very late and under cooked. Our main course was half right and 1 of my kids meals didnt even show up till the second complaint. My other kids meal was colder. Worst experience ever.

A very spacious space that makes large groups to sit comfortably! The service was great and patient while I waited for a friend! The Popper pepper I had was really good but felt like the burger was small for a 1/2 pound. I really like the seasoning on it! Also yummo on the tots and their seasoning!! I will be back with the family! I want to try the pizza!!!

Went to the new location in Hickman. It was their second day open in this location so the menu was limited. Not sure if grand opening caused a strain on their supply or if they just weren’t ready.Service was great. Our server was new, but handled a busy night like a boss!One in our party has a soy allergy so sadly the only side dish available was a salad. Our burgers were well done (crunchy) and the club wrap was basically a tortilla filled with lettuce.We will try again in a few weeks when they get the “opening” kinks worked out, but for tonight, I wouldn’t recommend.

My wife and I ordered the BURGER STACK MADNESS today (Sunday). The burgers came with fries. Our food was amazing. Great tasting burgers and plenty of fries. I highly suggest that you try this restaurant out. You won't be disappointed.

Came for the first time and Ordered the burger special on Sunday. Really disappointed. I ordered a quadruple and the meat was VERY dry. Like overcooked chicken breast dry. Stinks because the food being served to other tables looked really good, and a couple of fries that I snagged off of the kids plate were good also. But there's no excuse for what I was served. They burnt a bridge with this one

Woof. “Burger” is part of their name, but they only have like 6-8 burger options, none of which are unique or justify this place being called a “burger” joint. Ordered the Bleu Cheese burger, but, surprise, no bleu cheese on it. And it took so long for someone to even take our order that we didn’t want to complain and wait twice as long for more food. Burger was also thin and burnt, and server never even asked us how we wanted the burger cooked. Server also asked if we wanted drink refills and never brought them. I NEVER review restaurants, but this place was so bad I couldn’t NOT post a review tonight. Drove from Hickman to try it out since they’re replacing the Mettle Grill. Hoped we were getting a good restaurant with a good beer list. We’re not, apparently. Won’t be back. Hickman, bring in a legit restaurant, please. This isn’t it.

Very bad experience. First with drinks not being served. Then waited an hour for food to only be burnt and over cooked. Coming from the restaurant industry I tend to be very lenient on restaurants, but was very disappointed by the food, service, and overall quality. Will not be returning nor recommending.

I brought my dad here for dinner on Tuesday night and it was so worth it! Everyone was really happy with their food we tried the french dip, steak Philly and the slaw sandwich. The fries and onion rings were awesome. Our server Brooklinn is the best! She is so sweet and was super attentive very good service. Very cool to see how many events they has going on during the week between poker, taco night, music bingo I will definitely have to come back and check those things out.

Service poor at best, burgers served on toast that required good teeth to just bite. The term juicy is misleading...they were not. Watch out for the fried mushroom special 7.99...they will not tell you about the fried sliced portabellos for $12... that is what you will be served... 3 burgers 3 iced teas and the $12 sl fried portabellos...$66 for lunch...and our waitress couldn't care less for us.I could go on... but it only gets worse I wish you luck... if you last 6 months I will be suprised!

Went for food and cocktails this afternoon. Absolutely loved it! Food and drinks very reasonably priced. And their Sunday burger special is crazy cheap. $5.99 got a single, and only $11 for a quadruple burger! Our bartender was Julian, and he was great 11/10!! Very attentive, great personality, great service. We tried a few sides and entrees... it was all amazing. I will definitely be back and I recommend giving this place a try!!

Food and service was amazing! We found our new spot! Everyone was so nice and pleasant. Very helpful. Food tasted absolutely fantastic. Our son had pizza, husband had the popper burger and I had the reuben! All around 5 stars! We can't stop raving about it!

Some of the best service in town, great food and just a great all around bar. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was top notch i highly recommend the prime rib as well on the nights they have it. All around great bar on the south side. Will definitely be a regular here
