Completely unexpected quality and deliciousness from a hotel bar/restaurant. We had filet steak, French onion soup, sour cream mashed potatoes and house salads. Everything was exceptional. Get the butter added to your steak!
After a show at the Lied Center, we decided to go to Single Barrel for dinner. We started with the cornbread, which was delicious. I preferred the jalapeño jam, but the sour cream butter and caramelized honey were good as well. I got the honey marinaded pork chop, which was cooked well. It was a little over seasoned for my taste but still delicious. It came with asparagus and sour cream mashed potatoes. The asparagus was cooked perfectly, and the mashed potatoes were amazing....
