Pepe’s Bistro is not only a phenomenal plant based meal that satiates the mind and body, but it is a true representation of community the way things should be. I enjoyed a tostada, a bite of the burrito Karley, sweet potato quesadilla for my main, a nibble of the pistachio cookie ice cream sandwich.
And I intend of enjoying a slice of the avocado cheesecake.
Everything was soo amazing, but the sweet potato quesadilla stole the spotlight for me.
