“I placed a takeout order today for Lamb Shank over rice, it had a side of tasty hummus(it had a spice oil mixed in that made the hummus tasty) & a side salad with dressing. The young gentleman behind the counter took my call in order and was friendly and professional on the phone. The same young man put my order together and was very friendly. Enjoyed the food at home, quite tasty. I never realized all this time that this tiny restaurant was next to the Phillips Gas Station on the east side of North 17th street. If you don’t look for it one can easily miss it. I will be sure to return with my sisters to try some of the other tasty looking entrees. Thank you Safaa. 🙏“

“Hands down the best beer in all of nebraska. The barrel aged stouts are my favorite, and never fail to impress. The Czech and helles lagers are some of the crispiest and cleanest beers I've tasted as well. And don't even get me started on the pulpagogo series... Do NOT pass up an opportunity to try them!!! I've spoken to Kolby on several occasions and he, as well as all of the employees are the friendliest and most helpful people I have met at any bar. Keep doing what you're doing and never change a thing! I dread the day that I ever leave lincoln, as I will miss this brewery dearly.“

Me and my boyfriend had our first date at Momo back in ‘21 and we are moving to Houston on Wednesday. So it only felt right to finish up our NE chapter where it began. The food was INCREDIBLE. “I found myself in Lincoln Nebraska at the end of a long day recently. I was parked on the side of the street and looked around to see where I could eat before a 3 hour drive to my next destination when I saw Honest Abe's burgers just across the street from where I was parked. Of COURSE I had to go try it and I was not disappointed. My burger and fries were fresh and delicious and the ladies working there were friendly. The signs, artwork, and general decor were fun - especially to me!“

“We enjoyed drinks here on the outdoor patio. Each table has its own table top warmer which was really nice. I didn't try the beer and instead had the old fashioned. 1914 rye whiskey was really good in the old fashioned. I was told the beer was good, will have to try it next time.“

Eaten all the breakfast places in Lincoln over the years, this is one of the best and the prices are very reasonable. Always busy so that should tell you something.“

Down to earth people who love beer and love people. Matt (the owner) is a very welcoming and friendly guy who is more than happy to chit chat with you and make you feel like you belong.

We've had parties there, and they have been very accommodating in reserving space and doing whatever they can to make things as easy as possible.

They treat teachers, first responders, and military super well with free beer options. They are family friendly, dog friendly, and food truck friendly.

“We made reservations for 10am for a party of 6. There was so many great menu options it was hard to choose but everything we had was delicious and big portions. On top of that the waitress was super friendly, the atmosphere was fantastic and very reasonably priced. We will definitely make a point to eat here again when we visit Lincoln.“

My partner and I always stop by during the summer and fall farmers markets for their morning mimosas (the best little weekend tradition 🥂). I also did my first wine tasting here, and it was such a fun, welcoming experience. The vibe is relaxed, classy, and full of good energy. Definitely a Lincoln gem! 🍷“

“My husband and I have loved going to Lazlo’s patio for 7 years. The food is normally great, not always hot, but the patio has been wonderful. Too bad they have decided to leave the Bird Nests hanging from the top of the patio. Bird feathers landed in our food, so we paid and just left. I love birds too but netting can be put up to STOP the nest and feathers from falling in your food. Yech!!!!“

“l am Black in America, l have. Been going to the Lounge for about a 1 1/2 years. My experiences have been very negative with the staff that does not appreciate diversity, the staff speaks to me as if we are still in Slavery! I have been licked, by a Pit Bull, l have stepped outside and come back in my drink covers were removed and my drinks poured out, although my coat and purse was in my seat. I was told by management that l would receive a phone call, this was 4 weeks away, and l still have not received a call. Tonight was the icing on the Cake a group was talking very loud, over the music and singer l could not hear the music. I was called to the front by management, l was told l was doing more clapping than usually, and that if l did not listen to them then, l would have to leave or they would call the police! I was told it was a private business and that l should never come back. I just want to say l am a Veteran, l respect the law, but the way l was treated was Disgusting! I would advise anyone of Color to not frequent this business, they donot not know how to treat Non Black People! They feel they can talk to you anyway! Sad! I would not even give them a rating, they donot deserve one! I will definely let people who look like me know Boitano's Lounge Coustomer Service towards Black's is Bad!“
