I was at 33rd and O and they seem quite put out about customer service as far as getting me milk for my tea. In fact so much so that they said they were too busy and I had to go down to the line. One would hope they could start putting milk out again, especially for us tea drinkers. Why the five star review then, because I think there are some great Starbucks employees who great customer service, such as Miguel at 56th and highway 2 who was communicative and receptive to my needs....read full review
The baristas are nice, I’ll give them that. But I’ve come here a few times and unfortunately either Target doesn’t know how to handle a Starbucks or Starbucks doesn’t care about this location since it’s in a Target and not a brick and mortar.I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and came in a couple times to give them another chance but this is what I noticed:flies are everywhere. I ordered a grande iced shaken espresso and only got about half a drink, maybe slightly more. Went through the drive thru again, got another drink that was only 3/4 full. Seemed like it was more milk than anything else. There was no apology or anything. Usually everyone is nice and the service is great and that was not the case today. If I’m paying almost $6 for a drink then I expect a full one. Disappointed.
