The restroom was FILTHY, as though it hadn't been cleaned in months. Definitely made me question the cleanliness of their drink making equipment. I won't be going back.

I’m SUPER disappointed with this location. The last three times (over the course of a month) I’ve been to this Starbucks, they’ve been out of product that I wanted. Today I ordered a venti Matcha Lemonade, was net with attitude, and they handed me a Grande Lemonade. I politely told them that isn’t what I ordered, and the barista said the cashier should’ve told me they were out of matcha. No offer for a different drink, no refund. Starbucks Coffee Company is an established location. The staff is friendly, kind, and courteous. They make the great Starbucks coffee you want, and drinks are delicious. They are really fast and efficient, with speedy service even when very busy. However, this location can sometimes take 15+ minutes to make a drink when there is nobody else in-store. Overall, it is always a good experience and they have everything on hand. It is a recommended location.
