We were rushed out of there on New Year's eve, wanted to clear everyone out and get more people in. We drove all the way from Omaha just for Indian Oven. We do like this location very much because we dont have to look for a parking spot. The food was spot on and very good as always. The lamb I had was very good and my wife loved her dish as well, my son had the Tandoori mixed grill and that was his first experience with Indian cuisine. They could do a better job not rushing...
Always a favorite father/daughter getaway meal! We appreciate the great service The Oven always provides as well as very knowledgeable staff to assist with any menu questions or dietary needs. The environment of The Oven is also inviting and quiet to enjoy your meal and conversation to those you brought with you. Beautiful Indian restaurant. The service was solid and we were able to eat outside on the patio. Food was relatively fast and well flavored. The soup was incredible. The main reason for 4 stars vs 5 was due to how dry and overcooked the chicken was. There were a few bites that were borderline inedible. Most places we have gone use dark meat to keep the chicken juicy.
