“I think maybe it's best to call in your order. go pick it up. Since you're looking more bang for your bucks . order a great big group meal and then keep the rest in the freezer or have people chip in with you.
Parking: Just a very small parking and then there's other businesses around that makes it could make it difficult“
“(Long post of appreciation)
My husband and I had a baby 3/18.
We were just settling home with our new baby and three other toddlers.
My husband asked what we should do for dinner and I suggested Uber Eats because we are still adjusting to having our last little baby and three toddler life lol.
I placed an order for this Wingstop.
Someone by the name of Elias accepts the order on Uber Eats, picks up the food; and some how flies under the radar and steals it and it gets passed onto the next delivery driver to pick up.
Tonight I decided to just try to call wingstop because the second delivery driver showed up and I felt bad because they wasted time.
They couldn’t just remake it because it would throw the store off (which I completely understood this isn’t their fault.)
So I just asked if they could push a refund and I’d accept my unfortunate second loss as Elias has done this twice to me. He strikes around the late evening on Uber Eats around the Pinelake area.
Anyways, there was nothing else doing deliveries still except the typical McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and Wingstop. (We live a bit of distance away so it’s not cheap either way and Uber Eats isn’t gonna always refund me)
So I just put in a second order for Wingstop and prayed it would get delivered.
It did, the driver was amazing communication wise, and upon arrival there was the sweetest note congratulating my husband and I on our new baby and apologizing for the inconvenience and wishing us the best along with free brownies and not only that I could see on my app they were there past close completing my order.
They didn’t have to do this as the inconvenience wasn’t their fault but it was sooooo incredibly thoughtful.
Kindness goes a LONG way and the smallest thing can change how someone is feeling drastically.
Especially when the originally action affected a mama that freshly had a baby and was already dealing with all the post partum emotions.
1000/10 to that Wingstop crew!
Thank you again for the congratulations and free dessert!
I wish I got the man’s name, and his managers name. But, whoever was working late 3/19 around 11pm thank you so much. I appreciate you guys going above and beyond for my family! And this was the best Wingstop I had ever ate this night! It wasn’t rushed and it was sooo yummy! Thank you a million times“
“I am consistently satisfied with the Wingstop on 27th & Superior. I live nearby. The wings are always cooked properly, the flavor is always good and the size is good. I would recommend Wingstop if you are wanting some good wings! Definitely a good value.“
