The place isn't bad; it’s an old tavern, and you should visit it before the owner kicks the bucket.
Incredible hospitality as well as outstanding food. Can’t wait to come back!! Food is better than any other “bar” food. Highly recommended
Last year, I read about the Monowi Tavern in Monowi, Nebraska. My husband is is a native Nebraskan, so I asked him if he had ever heard of that town. He had not so we decided to take a road trip there this summer. I was intrigued that there was only one resident in that town and that this 93 year-young lady was still running the tavern six days a week!
