Food was decent, service was absolutely terrible, one of the children at our table sat for more than 10 minutes with an empty drink, others for 5 minutes plus, the food took forever to come out, not sure what the deal was but it just wasn't all that great inexperience

Been Here a couple times most recent visit the host was rude offered peanuts never brought any. Waitresses were great but seems to assume the streaks were bad. Forcing us to the quality check in front of her. One was a bit over cooked no problem would have ate if they had made it seem like they expected the quality was bad. Manager came over acted aloof. Then we were rushed out. Seems very weird. Service made a good place with decent food a poor experience for us

My son accidentally left his birthday card on the table when we left, with money in it. We went in and called within15 minutes of leaving and the manager seemed very nervous when talking to us, avoiding eye contact and claims he doesn’t know what happened to the envelope in the table.

Our waitress, Janice,was super friendly, efficient, and charming! She made us feel right at home. The prime rib was excellent!

I ordered the rattlesnake pasta and it was cold. I told the waiter so she took it back and when it returned it was still cold and also had a long hair in it. I wasnt asked if I wanted anything different to eat and to top it off we put in a To-go order waited 30 minuntes and it never came so I asked for a manager and she said are waitress forgot to put the order in, so they would hurry and put it in but not once did the waitress or manager ask me if I wanted something different after telling her how are service was she said just oh im sorry. Not impressed at all.

It had been a while since me & my son ate here & boy can i tell you it has went downhill far. We got there & i asked if we could get some bread & she told us we couldn't get no bread until we ordered. I was like what we're sitting here with our pop we just got and looking at menu. Like is bread gold & what we just going to eat 3 piece each & dip seriously what the hell. Then they don't even have the good item chicken fried chicken which was my favorite at this place. The whole time there it just felt off like they really didn't care just going through the emotions. I used to love this place when in Fremont then it was no more so had to drive to Norfolk to get it but now I hope management can see this & turn it around i hate to see this continue & not be no more.
