Barbeque Restaurants in North Platte

“You smell the smoky unctuousness the minute you walk in the door. I had the brisket and pulled pork with loaded mashed potatoes and slaw. The meat was literally done perfectly. The bbq sauce was on the side, so thoughtful. The service was friendly and welcoming. I was eating top rate smoked deliciousness with honky-tonk music in the background.There were 2 things that could be improved. 1. The drinks are weak (or maybe I’m just a Wisconsin girl.) My second drink, I ordered a double and it was like a good Wisconsin pour. 2. We waited a good 30 minutes for our food. There were lots of empty tables and we were there after 8 pm on a Friday. I’m not sure what took so long as you know the smoked meats and done ahead of time (because they are smoked for 12 hours according to our servicer)All in all this place is a winner. We will stop again if we’re back in town.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free buns available for any sandwich, and a gf pizza crust.“

“Best BBQ in AZ! Worth the drive from anywhere to have a great meal. Long lines at meal times but they go fast. They know what they are doing for sure and you can’t go wrong. If you do a to go order get the bun in the side. To avoid the sogginess.Great BBQ!“
