I order off of the App and have picked up in drive thru for a long time now they are telling me I have to go inside and pick it up .. I won't be returning as unloading a wheelchair to go in and pick up take out food is not worth it

Used to really like the bacon king but the last couple time ive been in the buns and the bacon taste like they are frozen then thawed when the sandwitch was made. Just tasted stale. A few months ago this wasn't the case. Going to switch to going to one of the other burger joints for now.

Vegetarian options: They have the impossible Burger option for vegetarians.
This review is for Mark who runs the inside cash register. He is Always Friendly, Always Polite, Always has answers to customers questions. Never gets upset - he keeps the entire place running smooth. Whatever he gets paid - it is not enough for the good job he does.

Keep being told that lobby closes at 10pm but doors are regularly locked anywhere from 9:30 to 9:45. Keep hearing employees say that they are getting sent home early so this dosent seem like an understaffing issue. The lobby is pretty dated and half the menu dosent seem to work but the food is pretty good for the price.

Five stars for the guy behind the counter who made us a fresh pot of coffee. The onion rings were perfect. The bathroom was a complete dump.
Normally very good, this evening was not! Cold whopper burger! Too much mayo, lettuce limp, tomato limp, pickles limp, soggy bun. French fries were barely warm and soggy. Everything must have been cooked early and barely warmed. Perfect environment for food poisening. Before 8pm on Friday night! Drive through. Waste of time and money!
