Staff seemed unhappy to help customers and unwilling to move faster than a snails pace. We felt it may be a result of having to work in such a filthy environment. The interior of the restaurant is disgusting and literally falling apart. Tiles missing from the walls, doors hanging off the soda machine area, menu boards are black, women's toilets don't flush, men's toilet is rotted out, and the kitchen was dirty. Despite all this, we ordered food, as we weretravelingandin a hurry. After taking one nasty bite of my burger, I opened it up and flipped the patty over to find it was blackened to a crisp. This building needs a COMPLETE remodel. We will never return to this location (or Kearney location). BK is going down hill...sad to say

Employees dont use gloves when handling the fries and this place is completely disgusting. The roof leaks alot and almost every table was dirty and the floors are gross. It looks like they clean the cooking surfaces from what I could tell but every other surface if gross, the camera by the front camera has built up dust bunnies on it. You could tell it was understaffed and im sure its because of the poor condition of the place and im sure that translates into bad management.

This place has seen better days. The building itself is falling apart. Bathrooms gross, water damage all over the place in the dining room. Doors falling off cabinets by drink station, tiles missing from the order counter, panels missing from the ceiling, dead flies all over the window panes. Doesn’t look like anyone cares in this restaurant. Not sure how it passed a health inspection honestly.

I order off of the App and have picked up in drive thru for a long time now they are telling me I have to go inside and pick it up .. I won't be returning as unloading a wheelchair to go in and pick up take out food is not worth it

Used to really like the bacon king but the last couple time ive been in the buns and the bacon taste like they are frozen then thawed when the sandwitch was made. Just tasted stale. A few months ago this wasn't the case. Going to switch to going to one of the other burger joints for now.
I have considered Burger King THE BEST hamburger joint in the US!
