I've never had a negative experience at any Chick-fil-A, and I've travelled through many states and eaten at dozens of different Chick-fil-A locations. I've always counted on them to provide quick and accurate orders, consistently friendly servers and delicious food cooked just right! How disappointing it's been the last two trips I've made to the new Chick-fil-A in North Platte! The first trip I received overdone and very small chicken strips and waited...
They were pretty busy inside but the staff was fast and friendly. My chicken sandwich and fries were delicious. My small oreo shake was so good and I love putting the honey mustard on my sandwich and dipping my waffle fries in it as well.
We were just passing through. Didn't seem up to normal Chick-fil-A standards. The service was perfectly fine, but the floors and tables were kind of messy and the meal wasn't what I'm used to. The chicken was dry, the bun was stale and falling apart and the fries were too dark. Maybe it was a one off experience.
