I would have marked all
I didnt see an option for my most favorite thing about Starbucks, and thats the gesture of human kindness!!!! Starbucks is a corporation that donates to "people in need" and advocates for the homeless always has an open door policy...People might think the prices are higher but aside of the fact of the qualoty of the products they sell they are devoted to human kindness and are plentifull in giving. I ordered online and when I arrived I saw you had to go through the drive up line to pick up our order, lobby was closed. By the time we got our drinks they had been sitting for 20 minutes, a bit watery. Also I had ordered no whip and the ticket said no whip but there was a pile of whip cream on my drink.
app is only working part time, then I had to drive thru anyway, then it was the wrong drink so won't be coming back anymore. my lunch is only so long, not long enough to fix all your mistakes.
