I walked in to get the order I ordered online. I wasn’t welcomed when I walked in. When the cashier, who was just standing by the wall, noticed me I told him my name. He gave me my order without a thank you at all. I said thank you and was met with silence!
The pot pie was good, but the nuggets were terrible. Not fresh at all. Maybe it’s because I used one of my rewards for 5 chicken nuggets.
I’m usually happy with KFC, but not tonight.

Came at 3:30 on Black Friday and they were closed but did not have any signage saying they were closed. What kind of establishment randomly closes on a normal business day? If your hours say you are open, you NEED to be open. Find new management and learn to put up a damn sign if you are closed.

My 99 year old father recieved super greasy chicken strips, and bisquit with no honey or butter. My best friend also had disgusting chicken strips which he described as being drenched in floor grease. No thanks

Went through drive thru and went very slow. Only 1 other customer. Got home and order was wrong so went back and they were very rude not even a sorry your order was wrong nothing and the corn was so dry and overcooked it was inedible. Since changed hands has went down hill.

Be aware when you go to this restaurant that the manager is okay with her employees being rude disrespectful.Unprofessional screaming over customers in the drive-thru at somebody in the parking lot.But slamming in the window in customer's.I actually like kentucky fried chicken but they just ruined it for me in this town

We placed an online order and when it said it was ready, it wasn't. They had us sit in the parking lot while 7 other cars came through and all got their buckets of chicken before us and they ordered after us. 50 minutes go by and they asked us if we ordered anything so we had to wait longer.

Don't bother ordering online cause they’ll forget about you and you’ll have to wait 50 minutes before they ask if you even have an order while 8 cars after you get their orders.

We're from out of town and have eaten here several times. Both times we had the pleasure of being serviced by Brittany. She was so patient and kind. The second time was an order to be placed online because of a special online deal. Brittany took the time to show me how to order online, etc. Kudos to this location in North Platte, Nebraska for employing an A+ employee. Thank you Brittany for a great experience.
