We're from out of town and have eaten here several times. Both times we had the pleasure of being serviced by Brittany. She was so patient and kind. The second time was an order to be placed online because of a special online deal. Brittany took the time to show me how to order online, etc. Kudos to this location in North Platte, Nebraska for employing an A+ employee. Thank you Brittany for a great experience.
The chicken was actually fresh and not overly spiced. One of the better locations of KFC.

I bought the 16 pc chicken tenders. Not the meal just the tenders. Was not impressed by it costing $40 for 16 chicken tenders but benefit of the doubt. Got home and they should call them popcorn chicken. Not only are the tenders very small they shorted me. I absolutely love KFC and have been a huge fan forever but this is ridiculous. I absolutely will not be doing that again. Very disappointed

Went to the drive thru tonight around 8:45. It took about 4 minutes for an employee to respond and ask for our order. We ordered the 8 peice extra crispy meal deal for 29.99. When we got home with our order, we had an 8 piece original 4 thighs and 4 legs about the size of a Cornish game hen. Our side of cole slaw was half full. I think the best part was the biscuit. Tried to call the store and speak with a manager, but after 10 rings I decided no one was going to answer. Needless to say, we will NOT be going back. Poor service and poor quality.

It was very awful. The people do not listen. I had to speak in a loud manner for them to hear me and they keep on asking. Sorry what did you say? And we were trying to add some more chicken wings on our meal but they keep on saying no we can't do that. It's because of their computer system and they forgot the barbecue sauce. Of course they forget every single sauce every single time. It's a waste of money and a waste of time. They remodeled the store for nothing and the lid wasn't on all the way so it spilled. Sorry KFC but I would not recommend going here. Always check your bag because I found a a Nat in my food one time and there is always workers smoking outside and they microwave their food mostly all of it except the chicken. They microwave the coleslaw mashed potatoes and mac and cheese

How does a place that serves chicken run out of chicken???!!!! We ended up ordering three chicken sandwiches instead, with sides. Got home, didn't get all our sides and drinks were extremely watered down
We ordered to go meals inside and had to go back because they forgot our kids drinks and the dipping sauces. Once we were too far to turn around again we realized they had also neglected to put my husbands side of coleslaw in. The lady who took our order was kind and I saw her go tell the line a request I had for a sauce and it was a total let down. Half of our food was missing. Such a bummer.

We have come many times to this restaurant in North Platte, Nebraska. Each time until today they gave us a military veterans discount. The cashier said that they do not give senior or military veterans a discount. I told her that every time we have come here we are given a discount. She went and asked her manager about it & the manager said no discount. I told the cashier that we have always been given a discount here. What is worse about this is that this is a Memorial Three Day weekend to honor our fallen veterans. Yet this KFC could not even honor veterans with a discount for the sacrifices that we have all made for this country. Memorial Day is to honor the ones who gave their life for this country but I did give many years of my life to defend this country. The least a business could do is honor us with a discount for our time in service.
