Would be OK if you can understand there call center. Bunch of foreigner that can't speak English and mess up the order all the time. Put you on hold for a half hour just to order a messed up pizza. GET RID OF CALL CENTER

The employee Kenneth Is a phenomenal employee he was attentive helpful and just kind when I came into the store to order tonight very nice young man. Could tell he cares about his place of employment and just overall a great employee you should be very proud of him and how he treats your customers

Called in for delivery and got a call center place my order and they forward you to an automated system that I made system said that it would not accept my card. I tried to call back to cancel my order the call center people said they canât do it so they forward you to the store which is where the call shouldâve went in the first place I sit on hold for over 30 minutes. Nobody answered the phone. I started reading reviews on here. Sounds like thereâs an ongoing problem. I donât know how you expect to charge over $30 for 12 wings and then give service like this or no service at all. I agree with one of the previous reviews you guys need to get it together?

ABSOLUTE EMBARRASSMENT!!!! Put an order in online today 5/25/25 at 1600 hours. The app said my order would be delivered between 16:54 and 1704. Finally at 1730 I called and called trying to get my order cancelled and was repeatedly put on a transfer to the store where I am on hold and no one answers. Online states that theyâre open as well as the corporate gal I spoke to.

Pizza Hut used to be my favorite place to eat. I donât give this place a chance very often because every time i do they disappoint. Ordered online and showed up 15 mins after. Food was ready. Only because they clearly have it cooked and sitting in a warmer for HOURS!. I got some boneless wings they are cold and rubbery. Personal pan pizzas have barely any sauce on them and taste like they had been sitting out. I ordered ranch and I paid extra for it but it wasnât in my stuff. 75 cents for a pack of ranch and they canât even provide it. The lady at the drive through wasnât rude but wasnât nice either. She barely said much to me and didnât even smile. Spent 40 bucks here today and it was such a waste of money. COOK FRESH FOOD! Iâll take my business elsewhere. Get your shit together Pizza Hut.

Very disappointed. Ordered last night from North Plate I typed in the special directions and wrote large, half supreme half pepperoni. And ordered bread sticks. When we got our order we received one large cheese and one medium all meat. I called 4 times each time someone answered and I told them what happed, I got cut off with an advertisement. Very disappointed.

8/2025 Had the Pizza Hut pizza and wings during the Super Bowl. Was great! New place with great service! Old review: Last time I was in this local Pizza Hut, I observed employees flipping their hair around front counter. Brushing long hair around their personal baggage storage cupboard which should be in the back somewhere, not by cash register and foodstuffs. I also noticed the dirty uniforms they were wearing and constantly wiping their hands on them. Some employees did not look clean! It's called wash your hands! Gross!!! I haven't ordered pizza from there since. Too bad, because it was one of my favorites! đ¨
Worst place I have ordered pizza twice from this store they either got it wrong or the pizza delivery is just bad and the pizza gets thrown and the Pizza Hut does not answer the phone and when they got the order wrong we went outside to the delivery lady she just ran off with her car worst service worst store to order Pizza Hut.

I like pizza hut but not lately. All the employees are about 30 or so, but have the attitude and the customer service of a teenager ?. And their personal pizza tastes like it just came out of a mini bake oven.
