Went in to get my Birthday salad bar add on yesterday and Makayla helped me with ordering my mozz sticks as well she is so nice. Definitely went above and beyond with her customer service.

The staff at Ruby Tuesday in North Platte are always so welcoming and friendly when you arrive. I have eaten at this location numerous times and without fail, the food is always good, salad bar is never running low and the drinks keep flowing. The bartenders are truly my favorite staff there!

Wife and I stopped in for dinner about 6PM.
Waitress was very friendly and polite although she was busy having to be the bus boy too.
Got the fried fish (extremely small fillets), fried shrimp was delicious and chicken strips with french fries.
Wife got the bourbon chicken breast, rice pilaf and roasted corn.
Was not very busy but when the hostess and the waitress have to also be busy boys. Then service suffers but she was doing the best that...
