Great Indian food. Can't believe I found it in Nebraska. If Indian food was this good in Austin I would eat it every week. The depth of flavors in every dish was amazing. The kashmiri raita started the show. It had fresh carrots and other fresh vegetables. I didn't even like cucumbers and thought I would eat around them. Nope, they were great. Then at the end of each bite was just a touch of heat to finish it off. The butter chicken was tender, moist and buttery. I asked for medium spice. It was dead on. I don't even know what fenugreek is but every bite was amazing. Finished with the rasmalai. I could taste each bite in my ears. I can't explain it. The coconut milk and saffron with sweet milk just exploded in my mouth after the savory dinner. It's been a long time since I left a food review. This dinner deserved one. They had some Indian music playing but not aggressively loud. It had good beats. Then sports on huge TVs. Great experience.

Just moved out here from Salt Lake City Utah. This is one of the only 5 star reviews I've ever given. For small town Ogallala I'm so happy this place exists and I wish it never leaves. The food was delicious and the staff are very kind people. We got somosas, butter chicken, the goat curry and chicken buriyani. They were all very good, tender, moist and flavorful. The medium spice level was just right for me.
