Best Arby’s and employees IN THE WORLD! I ordered a brisket sandwich thinking I was ordering a brisket roast beef sandwich. After realizing my mistake I went back into order another sandwich to quench my roast beef craving, the team here just gave me the sandwich. I wanted to pay but they wouldn’t let me. Best Arby’s in the world!
Fast food is fast food, right? The expectations aren't usually high. Stopped here while driving through Nebraska. Might've encountered the most friendly, most helpful person in a fast food restaurant ever. Wish I would've caught his name, but he was fantastic. The woman that handed me my food in the drive thru was very pleasant as well, so you know it's a culture thing. Food was perfect. Keep doing what you're doing!
