I was there late, and they were starting to clean up, but had no problem accommodating me. The gentleman was going to close that night and open in the morning. He made me laugh when he told me, he had dad ears in the back of his head, and handed the other employee condiments for my sandwich he was about to put away. I left feeling energized and fed.

Please give him a raise. As someone who has worked on the kitchen of restaurants for 30 years, I know what a rare quality an employee like this is. When customers come in, and are treated with kindness and respect, it really shows how valuable that employee is. I wish I had grabbed their names. I hope you let them know how impressive they are.“
