“Ok, I know that I don't typically give out 5 star ratings to chains. Hear me out on this though. I am rating this store vs other Subway stores only. As of late, my experiences have made me a bit leery of this chain, mainly from poor service type of interactions. This one was different. If I had to guess, it would be that the owners were there working and helping. I've never found someone to seem like they enjoyed helping me out in this trip. It makes all the difference in the world! I wasn't told my sandwich had to be made in a certain order. No one told me that I couldnt have the ingredients I asked for. No arguments over when the sauce goes on! Thank you for listening to THIS customer, and showing me that I can start giving Subways a chance again!“
