Had a slight issue with the completion of the order but, the young gentlemen working last night were quick to remedy the issue and were extremely polite while doing so. I'll give an A+ for service! 10-11-26
Ok, I know that I don't typically give out 5 star ratings to chains. Hear me out on this though. I am rating this store vs other Subway stores only. As of late, my experiences have made me a bit leery of this chain, mainly from poor service type of interactions. This one was different. If I had to guess, it would be that the owners were there working and helping. I've never found someone to seem like they enjoyed helping me out in this trip. My order is always ready when I walk in! I am thankful for Annie who always recognizes my order (I'm pretty repetitive) and if something is off she gives me a call to verify! Let's not mention how she makes them so you get a bite of meat in every bite and the first bite isn't just bread!!! Shout out to the Imperial Team!!
