Had another great experience at 801 Chophouse! The prime rib bites appetizer was a standout—tender, flavorful, and a perfect way to start the meal. The Plum Creek chicken was cooked well and nicely seasoned, and the lamb chops were excellent—juicy and full of flavor. Service really elevated the experience. Got the 36oz Steak with the bone marrow butter. It was amazing for the most part. The middle (on very few slices) was a little blue and had a funky taste in some bites. The rest was amazing 10/10. My girlfriend loved the A5 Japanese Wagyu. The service was also incredible, would definitely recommend and come again.
