Dinner for six. Only five meals delivered. Whose fault was this, kitchen or waitress? Kept being told it is on its way out when WE ASKED regarding the meal. Waitress did not attend to us- no drink refills we had to ask for them, no follow-up on our food, no follow-up if we needed anything at any point in time. We were the ones asking for assistance and going to the bar checking on where our food was. Nobody was apologetic regarding the missed dinner. We were told we would be comped for the meal and we could take it to go. We were not comped. We were charged for the meal!! Again, whose fault was this? Waitress or the kitchen? Food was meh due to the whole experience. The adult whose meal was not served was beyond furious as were the rest of us. Needless to say we will not return.

When last Saturday afternoon. Exxxxxtremely loud tv's. Even for a sports barThe food needs severe help. My sweet potato fries were cold. The onion rings were so over cooked , they were nearly black. When I pointed this out to the young male server. He clearly didn't care. Didn't offer to make it right, or correct the bill. I told him, that I realize , he isn't the cook. However, he's the one dealing with the customer. I suggested, politely the whole time, that if it wasn't presentable. Or if he wouldn't eat it, it never should have left the kitchen. And honestly the cook should know better. His reply, "I would eat that"! I won't, and that's the point, since I'm the one paying for the food and service. I personally will never give this establishment another chance.

Went in and the “manager” faryn was extremely disrespectful. I’d never again go there unless I have to. She asked what the problem was and when explaining we had been sitting for a while without being even talked to she said “actually I don’t care”. She continued to stare at us as if she had a problem and made our waiter tab us out. Dillan was great though! He should be the manager!

Wings were fantastic (as usual), and our servers were fantastic. If the food and service was so great, then why not a 5 star review? Well, the unexpected "Credit Card Surcharge" that was added to my bill without warning. Get it together - everyone pays with credit card. Raise some prices if it is hurting you that much. I'd rather know exactly what I am going to pay instead of all of these ridiculous fees. So eating at this place, you will pay a state sales tax of 5.5%, a city tax of 1.5%, the restaurant tax of 2.5%, and now a surprise credit card fee of over 3%. If you eat at the Addy's downtown, you pay all of that plus the Capitol District tax. These are things to consider when deciding where to dine, as there are so many options in the area. Too much country music, as it sounded like they were playing the same song on repeat for the 1-1/2 hours that we were there.

The food and drinks were much better than I expected. Super busy crowd on the weekends or maybe it was just the weekend I went due to college football season. I'll definitely be returning to this place again the food was good and the drinks were good as well. I was pleasantly surprised by the salted caramel wings. Something I would never order, but got a chance to try and OMG sorry no picture it all went down the hatch too fast lol.

Stopped at this sports bar for a bite to eat on a Saturday. They had college football games playing on all the TV’s, even the Hawkeyes for the few of us Iowa fans from NW Iowa! The atmosphere was so inviting! Our server Courtney was amazing our food was delicious! We will definitely come back!
