Good Evans offers a phenomenal breakfast and brunch experience. The restaurant is beautiful, with cute decor and inspirational sayings like 'Be Present'. The space is nice, on the bigger side with a lot of bright light and a lot of seating. Even when super busy, guests get seated in a reasonable amount of time. Staff are super nice, pleasant, attentive, and take great care of tables. The food is consistently good, served quickly, and very delicious. Multiple dishes were all delicious, including the Nebraska Bene, Sweet potato pancakes, Persea Americana Omelet, Bloodymary, French Toast, and the Cambridge. The French toast was super fluffy and a little crispy. The hash browns were super crispy. The bacon was perfect, cooked through and not burnt. For those with dietary needs, the gf pancakes are actually tasty. Overall, a great breakfast staple for Omaha.
