I’ve been to Ahmad’s a few times now and each time I’m impressed by every aspect of the experience. I highly recommend this spot to anyone considering it. Ahmad will often make recommendations and each one has been great! Makes me think everything on the menu is just great. Do yourself a favor and stop in to try this place for yourself.
The food and service were fantastic! Ahmad's has a really warm and inviting ambiance, like you're dining in the owner's own kitchen. We had a great meal, especially the dolmeh (stuffed cabbage) - they were absolutely delicious!
Persian food is a favorite for me and my son. I’d say the food tasted good but we were overcharged with an unitemized bill which was not cool. We got the koobideh plate, the Fessun Jun, and baba ga noosh appetizer. That’s about $50 according to prices on the menu. $55 if you add taxes. Dude charged me $66 flat rate. I left a tip on top of that but I sensed something was off. I asked him if the total was correct, he said the koobideh plate was $25, the fessun jun $22 and babaganoosh...
