Didn’t inform me kids meals don’t include a side (they include applesauce which they previously would substitute for fries) and having my order taken took forever compared to who used to work the window months ago. Got charged for three fries when I only ordered two for the kids meals, paid $30 for 2 kids meals and one adult tender when the kids meals are typically $5 a piece. Long wait times, food may or may not be good, on last visit worker added ice to my frozen lemonade, told me that’s how everyone likes it when I asked why he did it. I couldn’t argue with his confidence so I just took it and drove away, at least it was mostly what I ordered and the sandwich seemed fresh, also included tartar sauce in the bag. I have no idea why, as I didn’t order fish.

Drive thru service is terrible SLOW. Ordered Spicy chicken received reg,, mashed taters were cold. 2 pieces of my 8 count were parts of wings. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO POPEYES CHICKEN???
