I was pleasantly surprised how good this was! You can either order of the menu or do all you can eat. It's made to order, which is so must better than a buffet. Everything was very good and will plan on visiting again.
The quality of the sushi is not as fresh/flavorful as other local sushi places like Hiro 88 or Blue. I was served chicken on a skewer and it was dry and not good. I did not eat it. I then ordered a sushi roll and when finished went to try the ginger and there was a hair it the ginger.
