This dump has it's doors locked 7pm on a Saturday this time. This is a consistent thing at this location. It must be a consistent thing, as the last couple of times I've come here weeks apart it was 6-7pm and they already had them locked. And then the line is backed up to center street. I try avoiding this location all together just to avoid wasting more time when I have to drive even further in the opposite direction to the next Arby's. I get closing somewhat early if staffing is short but 7 is a little excessive.

This location has liberal late night hours, open until 1:00 a.m. on Saturday night. I like that.As I rolled in at 11:55 p.m. last night, a Saturday, all the signage and lights were on, including the OPEN sign in the window.After waiting in the drive-through lane for five minutes without acknowledgment, I pulled up to the window. There was nobody in sight. I drove around a couple more times, eventually noticing an employee inside. He still did not acknowledge me.After wasting 10 minutes, I left.Fast food basics: 1. Don't have arbitrary, changeable hours, 2. Whatever your hours, HONOR THEM. 3. If you MUST close early, SHUT OFF THE LIGHTS and TURN OFF THE OPEN SIGN so customers don't mistakenly believe you are open. 4. If you must close early and you do leave the lights on, HAVE THE COURTESY TO TELL CUSTOMERS YOU ARE CLOSED, either with a sign or by communicating such at the drive through menu board.Arby's, you dropped the ball!

I went through the drive-through to pick up a burger and a couple of shakes. My wait time was not was patient with me, and order was spot correct and delicious.Parking: Plenty of parking on 1 side of the building
