Jocelyn the general manager went above and beyond to make it right. She embodies what is so rare to find nowadays‐quality customer service! It's the little things that impact your day I am so thankful to her because she put hope in my heart that people still care!
Every time I come to this arbys they tend to forget something with my meal. The last 2 times, it's been the auj sauce with my French dip, which is kind of what makes a French dip. The food usually tastes good just check your bag to make sure you have everything.
