Placed an order, Artemis took the money from my account 5 days ago. No confirmation, no order number, checking my account on there web site shows no order processing. Multiple attempts to contact with no response from them. They’re not taking calls. Be careful where you shop. I was contacted by Artemis and hopefully it’s fixed. At least I have an order number now. Guy I talked to was pleasant and helpful. I believe it was an honest mistake.
I placed an absurdly large order for a wide variety of teas. Nothing was out of stock, the order arrived a week before the date in the confirmation, and I have been in LOVE with everything that I have tried so far! The teas are a delicious as they are beautiful!
I know it’s a tea place, but I had the best cup of coffee. It was smooth and flavorful. Quite possibly the best cup of coffee I’ve had in years.
