Ordered a burger. It was burnt burnt like must have stuck to the grill and they scraped it off anyways, breaks apart crunchy. The manager working 4/8 refused to fix it if I brought it back up there. He also argued with me that’s just how smash burgers come, crispy. Telling me it wasn’t burnt. My burger is black and burnt I know the difference and have eaten here many times before.
