It was made too fast no quality control or care, today one of our burgers with no special order just mustard listed as one of the condiments was literally soaked painted yellow crazy and gross and so annoyingSomeone knew they dumped way too much mustard and just said eh and sent it to a long time many return customer, or new customer or whoever, they didn’t care!It ruins the whole reason we got some food delivered because now what?I am officially done and just like I use to suggest this place and speak about good food I will now share the drastic fall off in quality control and just flat caring about what they sent out

The food here is so consistently delicious, that I truly could not use enough words to describe it. The burgers are always an 11 out of 10, for being so delicious and so simple. They all come with mustard, onion, and pickle. I always add a fried egg and bacon! I've been here probably 10 times in the past 2 months, and I have never gotten bad food or service.The music is always amazing, and the posters from different tours decorate the walls. It definitely feels super homey, and that's one of the main reasons I keep coming back. A recent favorite is the patty melt. It has these caramelized onions and mushrooms that pair beautifully with 2 patties of delicious beef.If you like snacks, bar food, or appetizers; I highly recommend an order of the french fries or onion rings. The peppery, salty kick of the batter on the onion rings is also on the fried chicken. Probably the best onion rings in Omaha honestly. They also have delectable options for shakes and malts.TLDR; The best late night spot for a burger and onions rings, probably in this entire city.

Omg, my daughter recommended Cheeseburgers to my husband and I. We are very impressed with the atmosphere, food and customer service. I also heard a conversation while waiting for our food & there was something wrong with an order. The staff offered to remake the food for the customer immediately. I definitely recommend their burgers!

I got the benny burger and chili both were really good. The chili actually had flavor and a nice mild spice to it.
Staff is super nice. The food is great and tastes excellent. Even the fries are really good.Dietary restrictions: The have easy to have options such as a plain burger with no toppings with no hassle.

One of those places that hoovers on the checklist for me. Stopped in twice this week. First we did to-go and that is in part to the drinks not being listed on the menu. I saw shake/malt before arriving but didn't notice the soda/beer options above the grill/cashiers head. I like to have a feel for pricing before going out and that is a drawback personally. Nonetheless the second visit was dine in with my kiddos. One got the original w/o onions and the other got the party dog w/o sport peppers or mustard. We shared fries and I got the original w/o onions or mustard but add cream cheese and jalapeños(which is also what I got to-go couple days earlier). Just don't feel like a second patty sometimes. Delicious the first time and the second time around it did have to be remade. No biggie just preferences and desired tastes. They got it going the second time perfect. There is just something about the burger that is so satisfying here. I really can appreciate the crew as I watched them flow through the literal surge of orders. Had them sweating. I asked if there was a way to buy the crew a drink or something because it was impressive the positive energy and how they worked together so well. They don't have a way aside from the tip jar though. So definitely make sure you take care of your local restaurant staff! They work hard to feed us when we don't want to make food ourselves. This location is definitely fast paced. Not sure about the other ones as this has been my first location. For this dine in experience we were quoted about 15min. Barely two orders after us the wait was about 45min!! They got slammed with DoorDash orders as can be seen in the line up of buns I caught. Chill vibes while we waited, watched the door-dashers pick up, and ate. They have a late night pick up window at the door for their safety and to still satisfy late night munchies/dashers. Which is pretty cool. Parking though is metered or there is a neighborhood about a block southeast roughly if you don't mind a walk to avoid paying for parking. I will say one of the drawbacks is the bathroom is downstairs. I didn't visit these times but I know it'd be an issue for some.

These burgers and very good. I can't remember exactly what we had but I know we ordered our 1.5 year old twins just a burger patty and fries and they went to town. We all loved it. We will be back for sure. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
