The aesthetic of the shop is really cute. I liked the decors and the overall vibe. I think they are known for their speciality teas, however I ordered Matcha with almond milk and coffee cake. I would give the matcha 6.5/10, it tasted watered down a little and could use some more flavor. The cinnamon on top was a good addition. Coffee cake was good. Would stick to ordering from their tea menu next time as that’s what they are known for/specialized in. Otherwise it was a good service!

Placed an order. They took my money. Got nothing, no confirmation number no order number my account on there web site shows nothing. Money was taken 5 days ago. No response from them and they’re not taking calls. Be careful where you shop. UPDATE- I was contacted by Artemis and the issue has been resolved. The guy I talked to was pleasant and helpful. I believe this was an honest mistake. We haven’t tried there tea yet but if we like it I would certainly order from them again

Multiple attempts to contact with no response from them. They’re not taking calls. Be careful where you shop. I was contacted by Artemis and hopefully it’s fixed. At least I have an order number now. Guy I talked to was pleasant and helpful. I believe it was an honest mistake.

This tea house is so lovely! I visited from out of town and so appreciate the witchy vibes and the cozy aesthetic. Their teas are so superb, and I ended up ordering 7 bags online with a lot of variety. They sent me several samples with my order, and I can't wait to try them! The spices are always perfectly balanced, and the blends are clearly crafted with loving care. Everything about Artemis Tea is just incredible! I can't wait to visit again and try more of their robust flavors.

I had a great experience with my first visit. There was plenty of comfortable seating, and outlets were available for those who need to get work done. The staff were were also very friendly and helpful with questions. I'd also give major points for the food, which was labeled for dietary restrictions and had a huge range of gluten-free options.

Absolutely delightful selection of teas and tisanes, especially caffeine free options. Offers a lot more unique flavors than I've seen from most places. Huge selection of herbal options with medicinal properties that really seem to help the conditions they're meant for. I love Saga for morning energy/focus, Phoenix for after exercise muscle soreness, and Hypnus for a good night's sleep. I've tried over 20 of Artemis's teas and all are delicious with high quality ingredients. Some standout favorites are Gastronome, Cancer, and Hearth. With how good everything has tasted, I plan on eventually working my way through the entire caffeine free catalog. I don't live near the actual shop so have only purchased from the online store but will definitely stop in if I am ever in Omaha.
