Love the new spacious location! Delicious drinks where they use teas in ways I've never had before. I won't be going to back to tea bags.
Also, a relaxing environment to get in some reading or work done. A great new addition to the growing Blackstone District. Happy to have them here.
I had a great experience with my first visit. There was plenty of comfortable seating, and outlets were available for those who need to get work done. The staff were were also very friendly and helpful with questions. I'd also give major points for the food, which was labeled for dietary restrictions and had a huge range of gluten-free options.
Absolutely delightful selection of teas and tisanes, especially caffeine free options. Offers a lot more unique flavors than I've seen from most places. Huge selection of herbal options with medicinal properties that really seem to help the conditions they're meant for. I love Saga for morning energy/focus, Phoenix for after exercise muscle soreness, and Hypnus for a good night's sleep. I've tried over 20 of Artemis's teas and all are delicious with high quality ingredients. Some standout favorites are Gastronome, Cancer, and Hearth. With how good everything has tasted, I plan on eventually working my way through the entire caffeine free catalog. I don't live near the actual shop so have only purchased from the online store but will definitely stop in if I am ever in Omaha.
I placed an absurdly large order for a wide variety of teas. Nothing was out of stock, the order arrived a week before the date in the confirmation, and I have been in LOVE with everything that I have tried so far! The teas are a delicious as they are beautiful!
Enjoyed the matcha latte.
My favorite! As a huge tea believer, I often visit Artemis for a tea latte, bag of tea and a book. Recently, I was having issues catching my breath. I wasn’t sure the reason, so I headed over to Artemis for a calming tea. A latte made with their Hypnus blend was suggested. It was wonderful! I also bought a bag. I drank that tea every night for over a week. I slept the deepest sleep, waking up refreshed. The staff is very knowledgeable. Try the teas! Also, I’m not breathless anymore.
Just got my huntress tea and couldn't be happier. Finally an amazing company that makes healthy tea that tastes like a dream. Thank you
Will always be my favorite tea shop. Had the Lover Jade drink today and it was outstanding. Thank you for providing the best products!
Such a lovely shop, with the most delicious tea blends, and a very helpful staff. This is one of my favorite spots in Omaha!
Excellent customer service and a great product! The teas are fantastic and their plants make my heart happy. 🫖🪴

Well I got a little education on tea today and after going home and trying it, I’m impressed. I’m going back to get fully educated and tea is gonna be part of my diet moving forward.
One of my fav tea places to visit! Wish I could go everyday!!!
I know it’s a tea place, but I had the best cup of coffee. It was smooth and flavorful. Quite possibly the best cup of coffee I’ve had in years.
Outstanding tea, products, and service!!!
I came here expecting a clean, natural option and instead ended up with something that's as processed and sugary as a cheap convenience store latte.
I was initially excited to try this place because of its wide variety of teas and ceremonial matcha. The menu seemed promising for someone like me, looking for a healthier drink option. However, I was really disappointed to find out they use coffee creamer instead of real milk or non-dairy alternatives in their matcha. It felt quite misleading for a place marketing itself as healing. Creamer is loaded with additives and sugars, which completely defeats the purpose of choosing matcha as a healthy drink.
If you're expecting a natural, clean experience, this place might not be the best fit. I'd suggest offering real milk or plant-based options for customers who prefer to keep their drinks wholesome.
