I placed an order for pickup through the online ordering system on their website. The order was to be picked up at 7:00 pm. I arrived at 7:07 pm and neither of the two girls up front knew where my order was. I was informed it would be 15 or so more minutes—despite the online ordering system saying it would be ready at 7 pm. I ended up waiting until 7:34 pm, 34 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. There was immense disregard for this situation and I felt very frustrated....
Placed a to go order and they didn't start making it until the pickup time, which was 45 minutes after my order was confirmed. The servers were acting very confused and were wondering around. Service has dropped off significantly.
