We are in Omaha for Olympic Swimming Trials and quite impressed with the city. I have eaten at a First Watch before, but my coach husband and our athlete have not. We had a wonderful breakfast with a great server. Baylee was welcoming and efficient. The Eggs Benedict were as good as any I have ever had. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients make for exceptional menu items. We've eaten at First Watch at various locations around Omaha and have always had a great experience. A little disappointing that they don't have espresso options (latte, cappuccino, Americano, etc) but that is only a small disappointment. Gluten free options were good for my wife, only thing better would've been a gluten free pancake option.
