We were looking for someplace new to try in town for drinks and snacks/appetizers and hubby found this place online. We were pleasantly surprised! The restaurant is charming and has a great vib and the service was fantastic! The whole staff pitches in and helps the server when they are busy with other tables which I LOVE coming from a long history of being a server/bartender. The pretzels and the big cheese are my go-tos here! On a nice day, the outside garden patio is the place to be - dogs are welcomed too! There were a couple pups when we went.

Barchen is home to my husband's favorite burger in Omaha. We both love the garlic aioli they use. Their drink selection is great, and all the food we've tried is delicious! Love the atmosphere, too!
