I went to a concert they hosted this evening. I was very disappointed staff could not help with simple questions. Paid for premium parking but didn’t need to as there were no attendants and everyone parked wherever they wanted. At the concert a drink was 10 dollars and a bottle of water was 8 dolllars. What kind of person charges 8 dollars for a single bottle of water during a heat advisory. I strongly suggest to stay away from any of their events.

I attended a concert at Barnato tonight with a group of 10, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. We paid not only for concert tickets but also an exorbitant fee for priority seating in the speak easy as advertised, which ended up costing more than the concert itself. To our shock, non-paying patrons were allowed to sit in the priority seats without any issue and ahead of us.
Despite our attempts to resolve this, the manager refused to engage with us directly....read full review
