Umm.. the employees weren’t very good at the location i am at (village point Omaha) Food is good, but I’m kinda mad abt the employees. There were two employees a man and a woman. The woman wouldn’t even acknowledge me and my family. The we’re out of a lot of fro yo too. Don’t recommend
Listen, if you say Orange leaf I'll say I'm in -- I can't lie, I do prefer red mango.. However I am always happy when I get frozen yogurt! I gave this location three stars because of my overall experience, wasn't super thrilled about the service but at the same time it was really busy and the employees are young so it happens!My husband and I always call beforehand to make sure the flavors are worth the trip, and they had all of our favorite flavors in so obviously we were already...read full review

I love the product but the store where we go usually has really gone downhill in terms of customer service and cleanliness. There is no one at the counter when we come in, and we just help ourselves to cups. They were "out of sample cups" so my kids had to guess what they wanted and it didn't turn out well.
