But the two high school kids working had no way to reverse the charge or fix it, so I was left with the task ofcontacting the manager on my own. It's now more than a month later and after leaving my contact info with the staff multiple times nobody has ever called me back. My only recourse is to file a dispute with my credit card company.Also: The credit card charge itself has an incorrect phone number and only says "Store". I almost disputed that before I finally figured out it came from Orange Leaf and I'm sure they get a lot of chargebacks because of that. Amateur hour.

I love the product but the store where we go usually has really gone downhill in terms of customer service and cleanliness. There is no one at the counter when we come in, and we just help ourselves to cups. They were "out of sample cups" so my kids had to guess what they wanted and it didn't turn out well. Most importantly, the place was DIRTY, STICKY and looked like it had NOT been sanitized for a long time, maybe ever. My shoes stuck to the floor, our butts stuck to the chairs, our hands stuck to the tables. It's like a dead store. We visited the store on 72nd and Pacific Street. It was not crowded. The employees could have been cleaning.

Customer service is lacking. There was a big ice cream mess, as well. No one cleaned that up while we were there. Felt very rushed and I was told I was “good to go” so I would walk away with my cash in my hand and my wallet open. My family of 8 won’t be back. My kids didn’t get to pick all the toppings they wanted :/

Um I think they forgot the milk in the smoothie. This is water with blended strawberries and peanut butter.

Umm.. the employees weren’t very good at the location i am at (village point Omaha) Food is good, but I’m kinda mad abt the employees. There were two employees a man and a woman. The woman wouldn’t even acknowledge me and my family. The we’re out of a lot of fro yo too. Don’t recommend

Listen, if you say Orange leaf I'll say I'm in -- I can't lie, I do prefer red mango.. However I am always happy when I get frozen yogurt! I gave this location three stars because of my overall experience, wasn't super thrilled about the service but at the same time it was really busy and the employees are young so it happens!My husband and I always call beforehand to make sure the flavors are worth the trip, and they had all of our favorite flavors in so obviously we were already headed there by the time we hung up the phone!Our all-time favorite flavors are coffee, cookies and cream, coconut, and brownie batter sometimes makes the list. I'm honestly obsessed with their coffee and cookies and cream flavor, and I lose my mind a little bit every time I eat it! The toppings were fresh and the yogurt was the perfect consistency, gosh I love it. Keep in mind that orange leaf does not have as clean of flavors as red mango does, a lot of the flavors contain gluten, soy, and or milk. Check out the name and it should say what allergens are in each flavor. There's nothing like spending almost $30 on 2 cups of frozen yogurt listen... Priorities. But do you keep in mind that if you're coming here, you will definitely spend a pretty penny.Overall we like it, when the flavors are good and the time is right!

Opening Manager was amazing! I didn’t catch his name, was incredibly helpful, and a pleasure to be around! Made some great flavor recommendations, and made my experience wonderful! Store was very clean, and the prices were fair! 10/10
There was a plethora of flavors, yet I sadly could not get what I wanted because two of the nozzles that dispense the frozen yogurt delicacy did not work. I was befuddled, because this has never happened before. But, overall, the toppings are wonderful and the taste is exquisite. I would still recommend going there.

One of the best experiences ive ever had at an Orange Leaf! Came in a few weeks ago on the morning of July 6 and the guy behind the counter was not only in a very good mood, but he knew everything about every flavor you guys had that day and he obviously had done an AMAZING job making sure the store was clean. I will for sure be returning for more! I just wish the 72nd ST location was like this! Amazing Experience!!!

The place is dirty because the employees working are so eager to leave for the night they can barely serve customers let alone clean. My family and I came in 10 minutes before closing. The two employees where thrilled to see us and quickly threw toppings on. As we were checking out 5 more people came thru the door before closing time. The employees told them the store closed in 2 minutes and some of the customers turned and left. All this while customers where still sitting inside eating. The two employees with hot dates to get to then turned on these people and told them the same thing. They finished their food outside on the curb. Frozen yogurt is frozen yogurt, staff makes it or breaks it.

Delicious frozen yogurt ice cream, super kind & helpful staff. However, I will have to say the toppings were looking a bit old and sparse when we visited. In addition, the location is very dirty! Bathrooms were disgusting and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in about a week. We skipped eating inside and opted for sitting in my Jeep outside to enjoy our treat.

What I notice is how the place is always dirty, like sticky floors, yogurt splattered all over the side of the worn out seating ... come on, cleaning the place is easy!
