Spent over 30 minutes there to order. It wasn’t a peak time and we were behind one customer with three employees working. I’m all about understand short on help but there was no communication at all. After 10 minutes I flagged someone down to ask if we could order and was told they were already helping someone else. It’s going to be pretty tough to go back. Very painful experience.
What a joke! We have gone to this location many times, and they are ALWAYS out of something we order, seriously EVERY SINGLE TIME, so we just order something else, tonight was our breaking point. We tried to order our 4 year old a simple single scoop chocolate icecream dipped cone with sprinkles, guess what??? No cones, no sprinkles!! WTF Baskin-Robbins?? Needless to say we are done.
