I came in for a scoop that I "earned" for having a birthday. The flavor, an oreo/chocolate flavor, was very good and I enjoyed it! My husband got a coffee flavor and he also enjoyed it. The kid that assisted us seemed very unsure of things and a little clueless.

Ordered a custom ice cream cake a week ago and when we showed up at the exact time and date to pick it up they didn’t have it. They found my order in the system but said it never printed for their cake decorator. There was nothing in the freezer that fit what we needed so we got a refund. They were super kind about it but it was very disappointing.

Every time I go to Baskin they are always out of mint chip ice cream. When asked when they received shipments, told Mondays. Today is Tuesday 2/20 . Called before I went since it’s 20 minutes away. Yes we have it . Get there 20 minutes later and sold that last of it before I got there. Asked about pre packed. Checked, no sold out . Didn’t have chocolate either , as my husband wanted a chocolate shake . This has been going on for 2 years now. An ordering problem? A management problem? If you have a business and you are always out of the kind people want , then it makes sense to order more! I wish Omaha had more than one Baskin in the city.

Stopped by on 12/21 at around 4:30pm. Was welcomed with a smile from the employee; black hair, in her 20s. She was great. Was very helpful and gave us some samples to try. We bought some icecream and the new cookie butter latte. So delicious. The employee was the highlight of our visit and even though she was the only one there; taking care of the drive thru, answering to a door dash employee, and helping us out, her customer service was exceptional. Props to her for multi tasking and for being super nice!Parking: Easy to find parking

Every time I go there they are out of daiquiri ice. It is either not in rotation or there just out. Then they cant give me any idea when it will be in rotation.
I will never be back! Asked for 2 scoops of ice cream in a waffle cone and for some reason they weren’t serving waffle cones, even though I could see them stacked right next to the other cones. Whatever… so I got a cup instead and what I got barely looked like one scoop. Had to ask for a spoon twice and got one of the teeny tiny tasting spoons. Hubby got a watered down milkshake, mostly milk and barely any ice cream. All for $12!! Imagine what we could have got at the grocery store instead. Lesson learned. I do not recommend this place at all.

Went into this location while on vacation with my son, there were only two workers however we were the only customers inside they had customers at the drive thru. We stood there over 10 min for both of them to look at us about 20 times but not say one word. I finally asked if they were going to acknowledge we were standing there and they said sorry we are busy. I advised it only takes 3 seconds to acknowledge someone and to say you would be with them in a moment. Over 4 min later one asks is for our order and we got two Ice creams and one drink. They have us out I've cream right away and then took them 10 min to get us our drink. In the mean time three customers can in that got wrong orders going through the drive thru. I do not recommended going to this location.

Thinking 2 scoops of ice cream and lots of sprinkles.Get our order one scoop and rare sprinkles ask to make 2 scoops and extra sprinkles mind you this $5.15, the man offers to remake it. I get back the same exact thing 1 scoop minimal sprinkles. This whole time you can tell he’s being reprimanded by a higher up. Ridiculous! Even if we had to pay more give me what I asked for and extra I ordered. That simple
