Stopped by on 12/21 at around 4:30pm. Was welcomed with a smile from the employee; black hair, in her 20s. She was great. Was very helpful and gave us some samples to try. We bought some icecream and the new cookie butter latte. So delicious. The employee was the highlight of our visit and even though she was the only one there; taking care of the drive thru, answering to a door dash employee, and helping us out, her customer service was exceptional. Combination Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin'. So, umm, enjoy a donut and coffee with your ice cream.We stopped in on a Friday evening in March. Ever notice how everyone has the idea to get ice cream at the same time? Seriously, there's something about the 7PM/8PM evening hour that makes everyone with kids want to run out for ice cream. The place was busy, but not crazy. Employees were friendly and handling the rush well.We got a couple of small cups of ice cream. They were quickly devoured.

I came in for a scoop that I "earned" for having a birthday. The flavor, an oreo/chocolate flavor, was very good and I enjoyed it! My husband got a coffee flavor and he also enjoyed it. The kid that assisted us seemed very unsure of things and a little clueless.
