Big Red Restaurant & Sports Bar/Big Red Keno

It was busy in there tonight for dinner but our party was treated amazingly ! Our server kat was very cool and even being new was fantastical. The manager Sarah was helping her, fixed my beer order and kept telling kat she was doing a good and was so patient and informative about that little order machine which really shows she loves her peoples and is supportive. yeah big red! We are coming back for my kiddos birthday in November. What a cool place man.

The manager Gianna was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Jamie our server was great and took very good care of us. The only bad thing was the bartender constantly shouting and talking very loudly with a customer. Otherwise it was great experience.

In light of the current volleyball tournament BS I had to re-do my review. Decent place to play however the manager who is responsible for the sand volleyball tournament is incredibly un organized. The tournament starts on tuesday night and as of 6:45am on tuesday morning, day of the tournament, no one knows when they play because a bracket or game times have not been sent out. Hopefully they relieve this person of their duties and put someone in charge who is organized and actually cares.

Kealei was wonderful and attentive! All of the staff was very friendly and I look forward to eating here again:)

I hardly leave reviews, but Kristina is great, we play volleyball on Wednesdays and she’s always on top of it!

Not good ................

The food is amazing, Service is not, management doesn't care.
We came here Sunday. Would have been great had their not only been 1 server helping tables and is bein ignored.

.... Everyone beware of the service here. Chanda...... The actual manager..... was playing around with our server which was Lauren. They spent more time talking about hanging out and their plans for the next few weeks then ever checking on us.

Just don't come here .
We tried giving this place a second chance. Never again.

Had a great time here. Lauren was our server and she had us covered from drinks to food and everything else we needed. 10/10 would recommend this place and this server.

The food here was amazing. Service was fantastic. The waiter we had our first night going there was so nice and kind to us. She even bought us our dessert.i believe her name was Jannette. Kindest waiter we have ever had. 2nd time going there the food was just as good and everyone was so kind. Easily my go to place in Omaha.

My hot beef was tough the bread was dried out there was hardly any gravy it was hard to eat dry. Ate there before it was good.disappointed but usually it’s really good

The new keno set up is terrible. You can't see number order, its soulless, and the art is a downgrade in every way. The biggest problem is the fun of it is gone; the numbers just populate with nothing going on. You had the best keno set up in the metro and destroyed it.
