We used to come here often, hadnt in a while since before the exterior renovations. Seems to have gone downhill in areas. I don't know if it's do to new management or ownership. We didn't see any of the regular workers so maybe it was just that day it was not the best. There were a few things we noticed, it wasn't until we got home and got our bagels out, but they are quite a bit smaller in size now. Placed an order online and showed up in the estimated time, waited 30 minutes. Didn’t toast our bagels, forgot sauce and forgot an extra egg. I usually love their food but there consistency is all over.

lovely place, got two bagel sandwiches, a muffin a soda and a coffee shake for $25. staff was super friendly and kind especially when we said we hadn't been here before. the coffee slaps and I don't even like coffee that much. tables weren't the cleanest but they only had about 4 people working so it makes sense they couldn't get to them. overall the food and coffee is super good definitely recommend
