Usually, we love having some brunch at Bruegger’s Bagels, but today was an unfortunate experience.

The lady working the drive-through register seemed irritated and annoyed right off the bat - seeming agitated that we were ordering a baker’s dozen with a custom assortment.

I also ordered Double Stack bagel and this is what I received. While it appears sloppy (it is), I’m not as taken back by this since the order was to go and the bagel...

Lobby has a few dirty tables at opening. Food was good. Service helpful. Music wasnt obnoxious or loud. Has a drive through. Was a good experience. Pricier than a place like mcdonalds but the quality is better.

This is an all-time favorite of my son and I's for late breakfast on the weekends or an early bite before school during the week. They open early, which is great! There were a lot of changes with staff and the store itself in the last year, so honestly, they struggle to get out order correct most days. And it's super simple. Other than that, we're still coming back bc we're lifers. Just need to step up their game again!! The store is clean, and they are fairly...
